Go Go AT&T – Lower Priced Data. This is good…

I love to see the carrier I use go low. They have to in order to keep up with the others too. Engadget is reporting that AT&T is dropping unlimited data down to $30. Man, that is a great thing for me. I never understood why the PDA plan was so much more than the iPhone plan. I hate to admit it, but I am still paying $20/mo for the original iPhone data plan. It works, but when I am not using the iPhone, my voicemail is bonked. Anyhow, thank you AT&T…

  • The thing I liked best was the family data plan. I've long wished that Verizon would offer something like this. I'm paying $30 on my Motorola Q9m and another $15 for my daughter's Voyager (I was originally paying $45 for the Q9m, but switched to the E-mail and Web plan at $30, so I broke even when I added the Voyager).

on the family data plan thing ($10 for line), do you have to get it on all of the lines to be eligible for that price? for example, if I wanted to get data on my phone, and my parents & sister didn't, would I have to pay the $30 (for indiv) or the $10?

    Hey Chris,

Verizon provides me the unlimited data plan on my Moto-Q for $29.99 ($30) per month as well. FYI.
