Well I did and I caught this on WOOT! this evening so if you have a need for some additional memory, this deal will not be up much longer.  This flash card is an SDHC 8-gig Kingston Class 4 card and it only cost $10.99

woot

I liked it so much, I ordered three!

Check out the Woot : One Day, One Deal (SM) here but hurry because today’s deal is about over!

UPDATE: The SD memory deal is over but bookmark the page, you never know tomorrow may bring another great deal!

  • I love woot, but since woot requires you to pay $5 shipping, it was only a deal if you bought 3 - not to mention it was class 4, not 6.

You also might want to remove this post or change the links since this no longer the deal. Today if people click through they can buy an air bed.

I have to agree with Dissonance. While this might be a good deal for the average jos. I prefer a class 6 card for my DSLR. This is a great deal for the casual photographer or someone who is looking for a large capacity card for moving data.

Newegg to the rescue! Newegg has a deal for an 8gb, class 6 SDHC for $11.99 shipped. I don't know if A-Data is a good brand or not, but if it is and you missed the woot deal, this looks decent.
