I was packing for CES last night and placed my extra/backup devices in a lovely slotted pouch that came with my original Pharos GPS, the one that was CF, serial, or Bluetooth. Wow. Time flys and Pharos is having fun it seems. Not too long ago, they announced two other phone/gps devices, the 117 and 127. Today they have announced the Pharos Traveler 137.

The Traveler 137 is a GPS smartphone with 3.5” flush touch-screen WVGA display.The Smartphone features the very latest 3.5G communications capability based on a tri-band UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA and a quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE cellular modems.It offers industry-leading 7.2Mb/s download and 2Mb/s upload speeds enabling fast Web browsing, email and other Internet services.
