I used to use that a lot on my iPAQ 5550. (I don't use it on my iPAQ hx2795, but that's because it never seemed to work as well as the 5550.) If there is a free, prompt upgrade they will do pretty well. If not, they will be antiquainted before they are released. Too bad the HTC HD doesn't run 3G in the US. So I'm excited to finally see phones like this come along. My wait may soon be over. Is there something else I should be holding out for?
