Are you excited about the Touch Pro2? I feel like this will definitely be the replacement to the HTC Fuze or Touch Pro, depending on your carrier. According to HTC on Twitter (via PPCT), HTC is promising the HTC Touch Pro2 to the North American market. Yippee!!!!

So, do you like the Touch Pro’s rounded look? Do you think, like I do, that it will hit Sprint, Verizon, and AT&T in similar fashion? Who gets it 1st. I am guessing Sprint.

HTC HD FOR SPRINT ,,,,,TOUCH PRO IS OK ....:(

I believe this machine does not have a port for a standard audio jack. Is that true? I agree with Lyian - I think the Touch HD would be even better.
  • Lyian
Nice, but i still prefer to have the Touch HD come to America over this. I still plan on getting it unlocked.

I like the phone I just hope they start making touch screen phones like the apple one where you press the letter and it pops up easyer to type.i have the black berry phone its call but press screen sucks and its a slow phone.plus for a guy with big fingers almost impossible to type..But the # pad is perfect.

this phone looks great hope telus gets it and hope its worth it.Lets me honest we all are buying cell phones for the looks and working condition...
  • skoobz - did you check out the launch video at HTC? The screen is a LOT bigger, the keyboard roomier, and tilts ...the phone has two microphones and two speakers for advanced conferencing, and the software has been tweaked to be more "person-centric." (Not sure if that will be as good as it sounds, but it is a good idea!) I dont know if the zoom bar instead of the dpad is better or not -- would have to try it.
  • skoobz
screw the 2. same guts inside, just a redesign? although it somewhat looks nicer, it's not that noticeably thinner. where's the d-pad? and the keyboard is missing a lot from the sprint tp. i guess i can wait for the tp3.

AT&T please, so I know i can get it to work on Fido here.

I'm thrilled. I couldn't believe HTC had replaced the TILT with a non-tilting screen. This is the one I've been waiting for.

That is great news -- The Touch Pro2 looks really amazing. I watched the launch event video, and was impressed not only with the hardware, but also with some of the software enhancements.
