		<description>Wasn&#039;t this what Apple was doing when the iPhone didn&#039;t have GPS and only had GPS, I remember one of their keynotes talking about stuff like this?  I can&#039;t remember what company they said they partnered with to do it, but this really does sound very similar...to me at least.</description>
