You remember that hot handset Toshiba announced the other day? Yes, the one that is finally going to use a processor that could bring Mobile Phones to a new level of performance. Well, HTC chimes in too. According to Digitimes, HTC plans to develop phones with the Qualcom Snapdragon processor as well…

HTC’s Snapdragon device will hit the market one quarter later than Toshiba’s early-February unveiling of its TG01 smartphone, which also runs on the Snapdragon platform.

That’s super news guys! Get this out there fast. I want to be excited once again.

HTC will put a Snap Dragon into a phone. The real question however is whether or not it will ship the phone with the proper drivers to take advantage of all that power.
