No Aero features, but that's ok; you get the basic idea of the interface without it. The only advice to anybody with Fusion that I would give is to NOT choose to let Fusion do an auto-install (which is basically a script that runs you through a Windows installation with little to no user interaction required.) I'm not familiar with VirtualBox, so it will be interesting to compare this with Microsoft's Virtual Machine. Plus this will be a useful way to use up a spare drive in my work box.
