Microsoft has passed from innocent videos to more aggressive videos directly attacking Apple.

A clear message to Apple, what can I say.

You know she never goes into the Apple shop don't you. Just watch the balding guy walking past when she's going in and then there he is a few seconds later in the next cut scene he's there again when she "comes out" the Apple shop.

I say buy Apple, like all things you get what you pay for and you can't beat an Apple computer. I converted 5 years ago and would never buy a windows pc again.
  • As I noted a few posts before this one, the key problems Apple is facing in the current market are price, lack of variety, and their own marketing.

This ad wasn't an attack, just a well presented look at the truth. Macs ARE great computers...if you can afford them. If not, there are lots of great Windows options.
  • Because you're instantly cooler with a Mac, Bubba. Geez. :D :D :D

Choice is also why Windows Mobile is still relevant. The iPhone gives you nothing but a choice in storage. Even BlackBerry has choices, as will Android, but I think there are more Windows Mobile form factors than the iPhone, Android, BlackBerry and Palm OS phones combined.

Last fall I bought my daughter a Gateway notebook system at Best Buy. 4GB Main, 15 or 16" screen I forget which (plenty large enough) - huge hard drive, Vista Home Premium. < $500. She's been happy as a clam ever since - not one problem with the machine.

Why anyone would pay for a Mac is beyond me.

Last December I bought a Lenovo Y430 for $549+tax then in January I bought a $379+tax 15' screen Toshiba for my spouse, all in just over $1000 for 2 laptops running Vista with DVD writers, expresscard slots, media card slots and video outs. I know its the cool thing to be anti-MS but you really do get a choice to select what you want when choosing a Windows machine.
  • I totally agree with you. Microsoft's video still have class. The latest I'm Mac adds were just childish.

I wouldn't call it a direct attack. At least not as much as the I'm a mac adds.

Awesome! The only effect this can have is to help drive down prices at Apple.
