Forge42 just posted a review on Calendar Touch that you should read.  Along with what Forge42 had to say, I thought you might like seeing a brief video that SBSH put out on this best selling PIM application. Featuring touch technologies like Touch Scrolling, Touch Tray Bar, and Full Screen Touch Menus, this may well become your preferred Calendar program.
