There's good UI, then there's "Hey, lets do something 3-D just cause we can!". This strikes me as the later. Having said that, the hardware was certainly impressive. I suspect that everything you see there is more geared towards showing off the hardware's capabilities than actually being a user friendly product. That netbook looked pretty slick too.
