Umm, confused.. I am thinking about getting this phone. Verizon has it instock. but reading the review and posts here it sounds like it souldn't be out yet? Maybe I am looking at wrong phone. HTC Touch Pro?

I read that HTC would be locking the phone to CDMA (locking out GSM U.S. carriers) even though the phone has both radios. Maybe somebody will pick that lock and the Sprint version will be able to be used on AT&T.

I feel the same as you, I wish at&t would get it first. I usually wait until they offer refurbs. I did that with a Treo 750 and my tilt and both still run fine. But waiting for a refurb is going to be hard if I have to wait 6 mths for at&t to get it and 6mths before a refurb comes out. Oh well.

Actually tmobile is getting it in July maybe June. I had been following this pretty closely and was actually surprised to hear that sprint was releasing it first (much less releasing it at all as the majority of the buz was around tmobile finally getting a nice device).
