I wonder if anyone is going to take copy and paste this far for windows mobile?

They already have. Check out AccessPanel or CopyText Pro for example.

Thank you for this info. Copy and paste is a big issue for desktop and mobile users. This is very handy for the desktop for sure. I wonder if anyone is going to take copy and paste this far for windows mobile? This is a good idea. Thanks again.

You should also check out Clipboard Magic. This displays your clipboard items (at least text) in a list and allows selecting which item in the list you want to paste.

You can define how many items you want to buffer and you can create different sets of clipboard files. For example, while working on Project A, you could load a clipboard file with Project A terms; while working on Project B, you could switch to a file with Project B terms.

I believe you can also clear the clipboard, but why would you want to?

I've used it for years and love it. I have it start up when I boot Windows so it always buffers my clipboard.

One bug I've noticed is that it occasionally stops buffering items. When that happens, I have to exit Clipboard Magic and restart it, but it's not a huge hassle.

Steve
