First, I’ll admit it when I am wrong and Apple did introduce the iPhone 3Gs yesterday as much as that bugs me because I just got the 3G about 5 months ago.  However, later tonight I’ll be providing the first ever iPhone OS 3.0 Hands On for the Mobilitysite readers.  If you are taking notes, the GM build file name is iPhone1,2_3.0_7A341_Restore.ipsw for the iPhone 3G.  I am installing it right now and will be playing with it the rest of the night and provide some quick hands on posts of the various new applications and maybe I’ll even use the new Voice Memo app to record my thoughts.

Edit: 3.0 successfully installed via iTunes 8.2 and is now syncing.
