I hope they also include SMS sync into Windows Mobile Device Center. People with Exchange accounts aren't the only ones who might want to save their text messages.

Right now I’m syncing my contacts and calendar with Google, which creates a handy backup should my phone every give me any issues. I log into Microsoft’s My Phone to selectively sync SMS messages that I just don’t want to lose. My Phone does have the ability to sync photos, calendar, notes, et cetera, but with a set 200 MB limit.

Is there some reason you're not using My Phone to sync your Calendar and Contacts? 200 MB should be enough to sync everything in main device memory (very few WIndows Mobile devices have 200 MB free storage memory). Unless you're trying to sync stuff from other built-in storage or a memory card, that is. :D

Steve
