It is no secret that I am a SCOTTEVEST fan and have been one for years.  Why?  Because they make quality clothing that has provided me with great solutions for carrying all my gear when I am out and about.  I have several absolute favorites starting from my SeV Evolution that I wear all Spring and Fall to my Scott Jordan Signature System which is my choice for for my Winter activities.  But there is a now a NEW jacket that is absolutely perfect for those cool nights in the summer called the Tropical Jacket/Vest and I am very impressed.

This Jacket/Vest gives you 18 pockets to carry almost anything you want and coupled with the Personal Area Network (PAN) to “wire” your jacket, you will be enjoying your devices seamlessly as you travel.  What I really like about the Tropical Jacket/Vest is the ability to zip off the sleeves to make it a vest for a little cooler effect in the summer.  It is made of a Supplex fabric coupled with a mesh lining providing you comfort and versatility in warm weather.

Yesterday I spent the day wearing it as a vest and later in the evening, I attached the sleeves easily as the temperature dropped into the mid-60’s.  I like it and think you will too if you are looking for a great way to carry multiple items comfortably in warm weather.

Check it out here at SCOTTEVEST

  • That is too funny breley! On occasion it does get very hot and humid here but thankfully that is not too often! I stopped by Gillette Stadium to have lunch and thought it would be a good place to take a picture since I was wearing my SCOTTEVEST.

Tomorrow I'm having lunch at Fenway .... maybe another picture there. If I have the sleeves on, you know it is cool..... lol
  • breley
Jack, if New England constitutes tropical, I suppose southern Ohio constitutes one of the upper Circles of Hell, lol.
  • Being from Michigan originally, I would agree that Ohio is very similar to Hell. :D
