  • I don't mind the retail stores too much. I have a Verizon family plan and often take the upgrade on one of the other lines for myself. This involves them doing a little magic which I doubt that I could do online.

    I have never bought a cell phone from them before but would not hesitate if the price was competetive. Like the previous poster I hate shopping in a retail store. The past 3 years I have upgraded online.
  • Amazon is the only place I buy wireless phones. Cannot stand the retail cell phone experience which is generally ruined by the 15 people in front of you waiting to turn their service back on with a last minute payment.
