trans Do you need a tool that will translate over 20 languages on your device? FreeTranslator may be the software that you need. Although I have not tried yet, this might be worth looking at if you want the ability to translate text while using your device.

This translator is similar to Babylon Translator and translates various languages like Italian, English, French, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, German, Spanish, Russian, Greek, Korean, Japanese, Polish, Dutch, Arabian, Afrikaans, Bulgarian, Czech, Indonesian, Welsh, SerboCroat, Ainu and much more!

There are 3 versions:
-PC Version: All functions implemented. And a good User Interface. Fully compatible with .NET Framework 2.0 and Mono 2.0.x Framework. Runs under Windows, Linux and Mac OSX.
-PocketPC Version: Runs under PocketPC 2003 and Windows Mobile. Requires the .Net Compact Framework 2.0
-WM6 Smartphone Edition: Runs under Windows Mobile 6 Smartphones. Requires the .Net Compact Framework 2.0 and Windows Mobile 6 (or later) Smartphone

  • Sounds interesting. Do you know if it uses its own dictionaries or it's just a front end to an online translator?
