Yet another HTC handset running Windows Mobile 6.5 (soon to be Windows Phone) has appeared with leaked photos and specs. The touchscreen Mega was seen in renderings a few weeks ago but now has appeared on film at ai.rs, clearly running Windows Mobile 6.5.

The specs, according to ai.rs, are as follows

• 104 x 55 x 12.8 millimeters
• Qualcomm MSM7225 CPU at 528MHz
• Quad-band GSM connectivity
• Dual-band HSDPA (900/2100 MHz)
• 256MB ROM, 256MB RAM
• 2.8 inch touchscreen display with 240 x 320 pixels
• Wi-Fi
• GPS
• Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR
• 3.2MP camera
• MicroSD card support

Certainly not game changing, but sounds like a nice mid range smartphone. It will be running TouchFLO 2D to pretty up WinMo and is priced at around $300. No word yet on carriers.
