I have nothing against environmentalists, but if the title offends anyone, please comment and I’ll gladly change it.
Sprint recently introduced the Samsung Reclaim, an environmentally friendly cellphone that’s composed of 80% recycled materials. And it’s made of corn!….

What? I’m not lying, the plastic of the phone is made of corn! It’s the corn phone! The phone is also free of PVC and brominated flame retardants, which make it more green.
As for specs, the Reclaim is sporting a 2 megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth, support for up to 32GB microSD cards, GPS, and a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard. It will be available in two colors, Earth Green and Ocean Blue.
The phone will be hitting shelves on August 16 for $50 on contract after a $30 instant rebate and $50 mail in rebate. To be more green, for every phone purchased, $2 will be donated to the Nature Conservancy’s Adopt an Acre program. Very nice.
