I just got home from work this evening when I got a call from an old friend. He was using the T-Mobile version of the Touch Pro 2. He had this on loan from T-Mobile, but he was wanting to know what I thought about the phone before he pulled the trigger on his own. Since Matt Miller is Palmsolo (former iPaqHQ moderator) and he has recently shared the opinion that Android is pretty nice, I told him he’d have to make that choice on his own. I think he will end up buying one of his own personally. I made sure to tell him how my Touch Pro 2 that I bought a couple months has had me faithful lately. I haven’t even looked at other women, erm… I mean phones. The Touch Pro 2 has me in mobile bliss right now. Well, we’ll see soon what Matt decides on his own.
So, 30 minutes later, I get an email from another old buddy. This guy is a SQL Server Microsoft MVP. He sends this across… Can you guess what I got today? I didn’t have to guess much. I said, a T-Mobile Touch Pro 2 and he replied, “Yep. Amazing phone despite stuck on the 6.1 OS. Expensive, but so much potential.” followed by “T-Mobile did us right by this one. Tethering is left in place. Opera is included. Heck, Even Windows Update is left intact. Sweet piece of hardware.” Yep. Geoff likes the TP 2 as well.
What’s everyone else saying about the T-Mobile Version of the Touch Pro 2?
