Does The HTC Leo Support Multitouch?

Well, I can’t answer that, but this video sure says yes. Hot stuff. This is the beautiful looking, but super big, WinMo phone that is going to be sporting the 1GHZ Snapdragon processor that I told you about earlier this week.

  • My understanding is that HTC implemented a multi-touch driver and, according to Know Your Mobile, is using a capacitive screen even though WM 6.5 doesn't support either yet.

    If they are using a capacitive screen, HTC had better hope that you never need to go into the less-than-finger-friendly parts of Windows Mobile because normal styli won't work. Rumor has it that Microsoft and/or HTC did something to allow deeper integration of TouchFLO into the OS, so maybe that won't be an issue, but we'll have to see.
