Twitter and Windows Mobile

As some of you might know, I have had a love/hate, on/off relationship with Twitter. I signed up for Twitter on October 1, 2007 (Mobilitysite’s Twitter account was setup by Julie on a month later). The thing was, I wasn’t into it and really didn’t understand why people were using it. I was so used to regular means of communication like forums, Instant Messengers, email, and hey… a phone call. I really didn’t latch on. In fact, I had a couple blog posts on my personal blog as early as March 07 not totally understanding why anyone used it. Anyhow, I have been on/off Twitter for the last year. I get into it for a few months, then realize that I am becoming unproductive and back off. I am using more as a mass chat room now. I pick and choose subjects to chime in on. This way of using Twitter seems to be working for me. I enjoy the mini conversation and I rarely turn on any instant messaging programs now.
I primarily use Twitter only on my Desktop or Laptop, rarely on a mobile device. I have tried a few programs, but not sure which I like the most. I am really leaning towards Twinkini, but I haven’t updated it since they have made it commercial software.Do you use Twitter on your Windows Mobile devices?
After the break, we have poll to find out which of the Windows Mobile Twitter apps you prefer. I have also listed the 7 Windows Mobile Twitter apps I know about. As an added bonus, I have a list of people and sites for you to follow.
Let’s start out with the Poll.
Now, the list…
Of course, there is also the mobile version of Twitter that you can access via browser using m.twitter.com to get to.
