About Our Social Media Bar

I have placed a new feature on the site today. It’s a media bar that is small and barely noticable at the bottom of the pages of Mobilitysite. This is a trial run to make sure that it will work out for us. If it causes any issue with load times or any others, let me know by leaving a comment here. Thanks!

This bar offers a way to share posts with others, search the site, check out the latest posts, grab a random post, Tweet our posts, and even communicate with others through Facebook without even leaving the site. I am excited about some of these features and I hope they are useful to you all.

Don’t forget about the Cases.com contest. Deadline is in 4 days.

  • It looks fine - which one are you using?
  • Using FireFox 3.5.3 on Ubuntu 9.04 - The bar does not show up. I allowed all scripts on the page (temp) but it still did not display - instead called a few more scripts which (by personal policy) I would not allow.
What software are you using? If I (& perhaps others) knew more about it, we might be more likely to allow it.
