Blacksn0w unlocks 3.1.x to enable carrier of your choice (GSM that is)

Blacksn0w to be released by geohot on November 4th. This is a follow up to his jailbreaking software called Blackra1n, which is what I used to jb my 3GS.  November 4th, all you folks that don’t use AT&T are good to go!
