  • Rock out to 25 legendary songs from great bands like Smashing Pumpkins, Lynyrd Skynyrd & the Beastie Boys
  • All songs delivered with the highest, MP3-quality sound
  • Play solo on lead bass, drums, guitar & vocals
  • Invite other players from around the world to start a band
  • Jump into Quickplay for casual jam sessions or take it on the road in Tour Mode

On top of the music that comes with a Rock Band release, you can buy some songs in the store for $0.99 too. Is Apple cool with this? Hehe

  • It would be really cool if songs purchased for RockBand could be played by the iPod music software, too. (And, if they're MP3s, there's no reason they couldn't be.)

Even better would be if you could import your iTunes songs and have game play automatically generated. Or, at least, import your songs and pay $0.25 or so for synchronized game tracks.

  • Well, doesn't Apple get 30% of all appstore revenue? So that's 30 cents a song - probably more than they net for songs in the iTunes Store, actually. ;)
