Don’t get your hopes up though… The apps aren’t here, yet. This update is aimed at preparing the HD’s for future app related updates, adding some subtle features, and fixing a few bugs. Here’s what Zune has to say:

Zune HD firmware update: Today we released the v4.3 firmware update for Zune HD players; this update adds support for upcoming 3d games and applications, as well as an auto-suggest feature for better text input, and other minor improvements. Enjoy!

Hopefully this means apps will start to roll out, otherwise it’ll be a set day sometime this month.
