7th Anniversary Contest #5 – Samsung Saga and Samsung Intrepid!

Round 5 in our 7th Anniversary contests is here. This one is for another couple Windows Mobile Phones! We have the Samsung Intrepid on Sprint and the Samsung Saga from Verizon.

The Intrepid (right) was reviewed recently by Sam. You can get more info about the Intrepid from Samsung’s Website. The Saga (left) is currently on Verizon and you can get more info about it here.  For more info on how you can get a shot a winning one of these, read on…

This one is going to be a little fun for all. It’s not too in depth though. Simply take a photo of yourself with your current phone and post a link here in this thread. Also mention in the comment what phone it is we see in the photo and what carrier you use.

On December 15th (not the 12th like the others), We’ll choose 2 winners from the valid entries to win one of these two phones. The 1st winner picked will be contacted and given the choice of which phone they want from the two. The 2nd winner picked will get the other. Good Luck. Let’s see those phones people!

The fine print…

  • This one is US only folks.
  • Deadline is December 15th, 2009 @ 11pm CST.
  • Both of these phones are currently locked to their respective carrier, it is the winners responsibility to provide service. No service is included with this prize at all.

      I could use another WM6 Device to test programs I write for PDA's. I don't have a square screen to test. But either would be great. I have the Samsung i760 on Verizon which is good but has to be rebooted from time to time and has limited memory.

      In this picture you can see my Motorola i570 by Nextel…… Thats right I am using Nextel it is really slow to send text messages and browse the internet. The main reason I got it is because my relatives have Nextel phones, I thought it was kinda cool at first that you can chirp with other people, but no one really has a nextel phone so I don't use that feature that often. I did not know that you had to sacrifice to have a nextel phone untill I bought one :(

      I'd take a picture, but my employer forbids me from having a cameraphone. So I had to manually yank out the module from my Moto Q(!) in order to let them have me keep it instead of getting a non-camera BB or somethingother. The camera module is removeable, since it sits on a board by itself (thanksfully).

      Great phone except for one problem. Silly thing refuses to break or wear out so I can't justify upgrade $$ to satisfy my new gadget envy! Maybe Santa will bring me a new Samsung Intrepid for Christmas.
