Make an iPhone App for Free in your browser!

It’s not ready to use yet, but the site is online and they have a quite lengthy video explaining the service. I have watched this video and it’s slick as hell. I will most definitely try this out to possibly bring an iPhone app for Mobilitysite online. I have thought about doing this for quite some time, but just didn’t really want to pay for something that might never get used.

I will most definitely try this out to possibly bring an iPhone app for Mobilitysite online. I have thought about doing this for quite some time, but just didn’t really want to pay for something that might never get used.

As I posted below, you may get a monthly charge.

Also, what about a Windows Mobile app? :D You could get that done without needing an App Store approval. ;)

I'm curious what a Mobility Site app would do, though, that would make somebody choose it over RSS or the mobile Web site.

As Red Foundry isn't live, that's not surprising (although they do claim to have an app that could make $100,000 per year that uses the Red Foundry platform; they don't say whether it actually has earned that much, or whether that's a projected amount based on current sales).

Also, your service isn't free to develop the app like Red Foundry:

At MobileAppLoader Apps are very affordable: Starting at $59.99 setup and $4.99 per month.

Red Foundry does say they'll charge a montly fee, but doesn't say how much. It sounds like it's based on the sales you do and that Apple pays Red Foundry, who then pays you.
