Apple sends out iPhone 4 customer satisfaction survey…

BGR is reporting that Apple is sending out iPhone 4 customer satisfaction surveys to a select group of people who have purchased an iPhone 4. I must say, Apple is really up to something. Some of the questions were:

  • What is your age?
  • Our records indicate that you own an iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4. Is that correct?
  • Which iPhone 4 model do you own?
  • Overall, how satisfied are you with the iPhone 4?

And it goes on for a couple more questions. So, do you think Apple is looking for more feedback with the iPhone 4 performance? Are they just trying to find out if customers are experiencing issues? Or none of what I just said? Let us know in the comments! Head over to BGR for the full scoop!

      Are we sure that this is an iPhone 4 survey? There's a question that asks if you own an iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4. What happens if you indicate that you own an iPhone 3GS?

      If you get similar questions for the 3GS, maybe they're doing a comparison of satisfaction with the 3GS and 4.

      Are we sure that this is an iPhone 4 survey? There's a question that asks if you own an iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4. What happens if you indicate that you own an iPhone 3GS?
