Ever wanted a Exchange account that offers push email, contacts, and calendars but never had access to something like that? Well here is you golden opportunity to get these features on your tilt at NO COST to you! A while back, around the time the Apple released the 2.0 software for the iPhone I saw a post on Lifehacker.com about getting the features of exchange or mobile me with out paying for those services. So I signed up for a free email account and I love it! I have more than one phone and putting in calendar or contact updates in both phones every time something changes can get really annoying and this turned out to be the perfect solution to that problem. If you update something on the Outlook Web Access for the email it sends it straight to the phone as well and vice versa with your phone.

Mail2Web provides Outlook Web Access as your email client. Unfortunately you cannot sync with Outlook desktop unless you sign up for there business plan which is $14.99, which I don’t feel I need that feature for that price.

Once you sign up for the email address just setup a exchange account on your phone. Server: mobile.exchange.mail2web.com

Now you can always be up to date with your email, contacts and calendars.

I would like to first off introduce myself, my name is Sam Velez. I have something here for all of you brave souls out there… A tilt mod for your screen. I personally haven’t done this only because I don’t feel like voiding my warranty, (WHICH THIS WILL VOID YOU WARRANTY!!) so for all you brave people who don’t care or are out of warranty this is for you!

A while back I cracked my screen and I managed to replaced the screen without voiding my warranty but while I was searching online for a decent set of instructions to guide me through the process I ran across TonyChen from the xda developers forums who provided a guide on how to mod you Kaiser to tilt 90 DEG which I think is just awesome.

This makes you phone look even more like a mini laptop, as well as gives you a much better angle to view your screen at. The process involves taking your tilt apart and slightly cutting the part of your phone that connects the keyboard and the screen. Now remember DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! The guide is a PDF and has lots of great pics to help you along. Good Luck!

Here it is! Kaiser Screen Mod
