I have been using Palm since M500 era before switching to a X51v a month ago. While I must admit that PPC has more comphensive features, Palm is leading in this secuirty issue.
Palm has Bi-level of security features: Besides the logon, you can mask your records with password protection.
Another issue for PPC is that while under logon screen, it still displays your full appointment detail whereas Palm will just say "Private Appointment".
However, comparing the features of both systems, I still choose Axim as my current PDA. Hope that in some day, PPC will learn from Palm on this area.
