ActiveSync problems

My outlook calendar program will not sync, other programs like pocket quicken etc no problem. I keep getting support code 85010014. The first computer I had this software on crashed and had to install it on new computer, wondering if that is causing a problem between the Axim 51 since i had orginally loaded ActiveSyn on it. Is the computer name to be the same on both the pocket PC
and the desktop any help will be appreciated
