Are you running wm5?
While I can find a place to set "work" or "internet" in the wlan settings of wm5, I cannot find a place to specify "work" for a bluetooth device. :(

Mine is always set for "Work", whether it be on my home network, at a hotspot or via my cell phone via GPRS/EDGE.
