You can assign different functions to the buttons, so why couldn't you just assign the full shut down to a button you don't use? I've never never reassigned the function of buttons, but I now a lot of people on here do. Personally, I power my X51 down every few days overnight. I make sure I bring it back up in the morning before I am going to need to use it. I tried psShutXP but I did not like it. I prefer Magic Button. No complete power down function, but great at closing programs! Of course, as with any program on any kind of computer, YYMV. Different strokes for different folks!
