You can assign different functions to the buttons, so why couldn't you just assign the full shut down to a button you don't use? I've never never reassigned the function of buttons, but I now a lot of people on here do. Personally, I power my X51 down every few days overnight. I make sure I bring it back up in the morning before I am going to need to use it. I tried psShutXP but I did not like it. I prefer Magic Button. No complete power down function, but great at closing programs! Of course, as with any program on any kind of computer, YYMV. Different strokes for different folks!

How do
you power off? The only way I know of is through pushing and holding the power button. In the button assignments screen under settings I can not find anything for full power down.
