Divx Codec

Where do I get Divx Codec and how do I access the sticky post guide? Is it easier to use a software programs for all of this. As you can tell I'm a rookie at all of this but eager to learn. Thanks.

I've tried a few others but FairUse is the best I've come across - the onlty thing you may find especially if its a movie and you are doing a 2 pass encoding (which is recommended) is that its best to start it running and go to bed - it takes a while and FairUse will shut the PC down once its finished.
