I called Dell Canada Customer Care this afternoon and they guy I spoke to about the free upgrade (I purchased mine on 29 May 2003). He checked and said that they just found out about it, took my order and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number is showing yet on the website but they are at least taking orders (appparently) and honouring the free upgrade for users who have purchased since 23 May '03.
