I have tried on my own for the last 2 days to resolve this issue on my own and with Dell support today and have not found a solution. When I try to sync with Outlook 2003 I get the Support Code:85010014 error. I followed the firewall directions at the Symantec site, I deleted and reinstalled ActiveSync 4.1 I have soft and hard reset my AximX50v and I have restarted my desktop over 50 times trying different things in true Windows fashion. Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it. AS recognizes my Axim and I can xfer files but no Outlook. It worked fine a few weeks ago. I just want my schedule on my handheld.
