Phendric, I spent a year trying to find a cheap alternative for something and ended up wasting a year for nothing. So I bit the bullet and spent the money and now I couldn't be happier. If that Diabetes Pilot does everything you want then get it. Cheap substitutes will end up costing you more in the long run. Good luck in your decision.
