Mobility Site - View Single Post - Activesync window won't pop up when double clicked! Please Help!

I have the same problem as the OP.

I did have activesync 4.1 installed...but it doesn't work well with Mobile2003. So, I uninstalled 4.1, reinstalled 3.8 and now my activesync window will not open when I double click the icon. Clicking explore also yields the error as mentioned above. Any help would be much appreciated....
