If you have time and patience, you can simply learn how to encode it to DivX/XviD and cut each chapter to its own segment and name it properly. For instance:

01 Opening Theme.avi
02 Introduction.avi
03 Action scene part 1.avi
04 Flashback scene.avi

Or you can just name it by whatever chapter names the DVD menus give. You won't actually have the menu, but you can navigate it just as easily in TCPMP.
