I don't think everyone is understanding what the poster is asking for. He's probably working with some sort of training videos that are using nagivation as the interface. The discs are most likely made up of hundreds of small video clips, each with their own navigation.

Having said that, I do not think this is possible with a PDA at this point. You would need a media player that supported this and there just aren't any yet.
