I just called and the dude at dell canada said they don't have the upgrade yet, and he doesn't even know if it's going to be free. Did I just talk to an idiot or something? Should I call back and ask for someone else?

I just called again and the guy again didn't say anything about it, then I gave him the sku # and he was like, "yeah, but it's $45" and I told him about being eligible for the free upgrade and he told me there was no such deal. He then put me though to a manager, where I left a message about my predicament.
