The only equalizer out there I know that will do that is x50mix. Unfortunately, this doesnt work on the x30. There is many programs out there that have a mp3 player and an equalizer that only controls the mp3 player. X50mix is the only program around that can be an equalizer for all audio coming from any program on the axim.
