I recently purchased a black PDair case for my X51v from Cases.com. When I got it, I noticed that I'd get black smudges on my hands when handling it. I e-mailed PDair and asked about it (don't ask why I didn't try Cases.com first). PDair e-mailed me back quickly, and before you knew it, they had put new one in the mail to me from Hong Kong.
Well, I received the case today and no more smudging! I noticed that the new case's belt clip attaches in a different manner than my first one. The new case is tapped while the old case just has a hole and uses a threaded and a tapped piece to attach the belt clip. I don't even use the belt clip but that's the difference I noticed between the cases.
Anyway, I wanted to acknowledge PDair for standing behind their product and responding to my complaint promptly.
