Just to note one thing, most CF GPS units that are decent are more than $40ish, that is only that cheap one from Geeks.com that is $40.... Bluetooth ones are in the low $100s.
Anyhow, I can give you an offer. I have a Haicom HI-405BT (S Version) Bluetooth GPS that I would be willing to sell. You can see the specs on it here:

This is a good GPS, and it is pretty much brand new (i have used it about once and it has everything it came with originally and the unit looks brand new with no wear marks or scratches).
The one thing that you should note is that it has a European House Adapter by default. This is not a huge problem though as I will also include a Boxwave Wall Charger that has the same output specs as the European House adapter.
This works since the GPS charges through a USB cable that then connects into either the Wall Adapter or the Car Adapter. To show this you can see it in this picture:
