WM5 currently does not support the headset profile so your only BT headset option would be to choose ones that come with a BT dongle that plugs into your Axim. I'm not sure if you would be able to use just the headset piece (no dongle) with your Nokia. There are some wired headset options from Dell, Seidio and Pc-mobile:
