Mobility Site - View Single Post - Help Please! Alarm/Green Flashing light problem!

This is the second time I experience this problem. last one happed about one month ago.

I set the clock alarm for 7:30am. Normally at 7:30am, there will be a dismiss window, but this morning, I can not find the window, and the power button green light keeps flashing and never stop.

Normally if I do not dismiss a alrm or reminder in time, there will be a Bell Icon on the top of screen, and I can tap to dismiss it later, but I do not have this. even if I reset the alarm time, the window does not pop out any more.

Anyone can help? Last time when I experience this, I got my system reinstalled.
I do not want to do this this time, too laboruious.
