i have looked for a bluetooth manging/utility for a while i cant find one.

is there something like dellWLAN or oddessy client but designed for bluetooth.
i'd like to be able to send bluetooth messages to nokia smartphones, send/recieve files.
i just need something better than "turn bluetooth on/off"or "new outgoing prt...." blah blah.
